With the continuous development of smart display technology and digital applications, school campuses are gradually advancing toward smarter and more diversified applications. Through the integration of technology and venue requirements, it not only enhances the presentation of activities and teaching but also brings a more interactive and immersive user experience to campuses.
In 2023, JECTOR Digital Co., Ltd. participated in the "Smart Education and Entertainment Solution Integration Project" under the Smart Display Industrial Alliance (SDIA), an initiative promoted by the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs (IDA). Through a cross-domain collaboration model encompassing industry, government, and academia, JECTOR partnered with Fu Jen Catholic University to establish a demonstration case for smart campus applications. Guided by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, this project utilized the matchmaking mechanism of the SDIA to facilitate cooperation between the enterprise and academia, driving innovative applications of smart display technology in educational and public spaces.
In this collaboration, tailored to the upgrade needs of the campus educational and recreational space, JECTOR introduced a 162-inch seamless Fine Pitch LED display system to the historically significant Chung Mei Hall at Fu Jen Catholic University. This system was integrated with an AIoT smart disinfection column and a cloud-based signage information streaming platform, creating a digital venue that seamlessly combines information display, event presentation, and smart management functionalities. Through the integrated application of display hardware and system platforms, the campus space can deliver real-time information more effectively, while simultaneously elevating the overall capabilities of campus intelligence and digitalization.
Chung Mei Hall was originally a vital venue for on-campus sports training and competitions. Through this upgrade of smart display and system integration, it has not only significantly enhanced the visual effects of large-scale events and tournaments but also provided the audience with a more immersive viewing experience. At the project achievement presentation, Fu Jen Catholic University’s varsity cheerleading and basketball teams delivered live performances and demonstrations, fully showcasing the innovative results achieved by combining smart display technology with educational and recreational spaces.
To express gratitude for JECTOR’s dedication and professional assistance throughout this project, Fu Jen Catholic University specially presented a certificate of appreciation. This honor symbolizes not only the successful implementation of the industry-government-academia collaboration but also showcases JECTOR’s professional expertise in smart display integration and venue application planning.
Looking ahead, JECTOR will continue to promote cross-domain smart display integration solutions, deepening cooperation with educational institutions and industry partners. By maximizing the value of display technology across more domains, JECTOR aims to cultivate smarter application environments with a stronger sense of immersion and technology, bringing more innovative possibilities to education and public spaces.
