Showcasing a Visual Feast 
AUO Corporation (2409), steadily advancing its biaxial transformation strategy, announced that its subsidiary AUO Display Plus (ADP) is actively expanding into smart retail environments. ADP has partnered with Jector Digital and major retailer President Chain Store Corp. (2912) to integrate advanced display technologies with comprehensive hardware and software application services, creating a brand-new visual experience for the newly renovated and reopened "Qingshui Service Area."
By fusing innovative technology with the building's thematic design, ADP and Jector Digital provided a full range of large-scale LED display solutions. Together, they built the first-ever "Naked-Eye 3D Experiential Wall" and an immersive atmosphere within a national highway service area. This installation completely transforms the traditional short-break experience for visitors, creating a stunning, immersive visual journey that has quickly become a brand-new attraction for holiday travelers on the national highway.
Boasting the highest revenue among all national highway service areas in Taiwan, the Qingshui Service Area features a vast main building covering over 16,500 square meters (approx. 5,000 ping). It houses specialty souvenir zones, a food court, and a ready-to-eat/drink area featuring renowned local shops, attracting over tens of thousands of visitors daily.
Deeply cultivating the smart retail sector and leveraging the resources of the AUO Group, ADP collaborated with Jector Digital—an expert in large-scale display equipment applications—to build a massive cylindrical LED display (2 meters in diameter and 6 meters in height) in the service area's main lobby, alongside a 9-meter-long giant display situated beneath the two-way escalators. Furthermore, extending the interior design concept of a ship's cabin and complementing the "marine world" exhibition theme, these installations offer highway travelers a high-resolution, vibrant, and incredibly lifelike immersive welcoming experience.
On the third-floor food court, a massive 39-meter-long curved display was installed. Utilizing outstanding screen-splicing technology and integrating exquisite digital content, the team created the very first Naked-Eye 3D Experiential Wall in any Taiwanese service area. This upgrades visitors' ordinary dining and resting routines into a magnificent visual feast through rich and vivid designs. With the introduction of these smart display solutions, the Qingshui Service Area—renovated and managed by President Chain Store Corp.—demonstrates the dynamic atmosphere of a digitally upgraded space, leading the way for new smart retail experiences.
